Nico is amazing. After working with 3 previous agents, I connected with Nico. In less than a month, we closed escrow on the PERFECT home for my family. My experience with Christian was great! He gave me valuable information for buying a home. I’m a first time buyer so I was not familiar with the process. He did a great job helping me with all my questions.

I think the biggest challenge I had with finding the right property was not knowing how or where to look for reliable data. The internet isn’t so user friendly when there is so much security and savings at stake, then again there were just way too many variables at stake at the time for me handle. Michael helped with educating and doing the ground work by researching and then explaining the findings in a manner I could understand. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with. We had a great experience with Rosemary selling my dad's home. She went above and beyond for us. We had moved out of state and she watch my dad's property and sent us any mail that was still showing up at his old address. Rana was an extremely helpful realtor. She hustled to get us into our home. Rana was available at all hours to answer any questions and help us in the process. We had a VA home loan and although that was not as easy as a conventional loan, Rana always went the extra mile to figure it out. We had a sudden death in our family and the house had to be sold ASAP. We called Regina and she met with our family the same day. She jumped right in dealing with attorney’s, emotional family members and the buyers. She kept everything in line when everything and everyone was out of sorts. This will be my third transaction with Fadi. My home was listed and within 4 days we had an offer after hosting an open house. It was a 30 day escrow, and everything was great!

From a homebuyer's perspective - Fadi could not have been a better Agent. He was patient when times called for it and aggressive at other moments. This indicated to us that he was very familiar with the home buying process. He listened intently to our wants and needs - and went above and beyond our expectations to find us many options. He was available night and day as well as on the weekends - which we found very accommodating.
